 The SCHOOL SEAL symbolizes the foundational mission of the institution, represented by the Cross, a heart with thorns, and a flame, which collectively stand for a commitment to the less privileged in humanity. Additionally, the seal incorporates a torch, a book, and a globe, representing knowledge.

CDSCDB's motto, "EDUCATIO DIRECTA DOMINO," translates to "education directed by the Lord." This Latin phrase was bestowed and interpreted by Msgr. Boy Verastigue, the Rector of Mt. Carmel Seminary at Tumbaga, Sariaya, Quezon.

The expression "Educatio Directa Domino" encapsulates the guiding principle for all students at Colegio de Santo Cristo de Burgos – "Education Guided by the Lord." It underscores the notion that knowledge is acquired under the divine guidance of our Lord.

The seal's design symbolizes education and progress, featuring an armor-shaped metal covering that signifies security and care. The torch affixed to the book with a globe represents enlightenment for progress. Olive leaves on both sides symbolize maturation, while a ribbon-like element binds the entire logo.

The Cross and a heart with thorns that flames convey the fervent love shared by every member of the administration, faculty, and students of Colegio de Santo Cristo de Burgos for the pursuit of Truth.
